The kitchen personal were very nervous and had a very busy day. So since the sponge cake needs to be treat very careful, when was the time to take it out of the oven, they took it to early, so when we cake was served all the eggs which was not cooked was in the top of the cake. So when they cut the first piece, the egg juice cover the full piece of cake, so everyone was very impressed and very satisfied with taste.
